Your First Visit
All new clients are approved by Kylie before bookings are confirmed. Once approved, you will receive your welcome email with member access for future visits.
Your appointment is reserved especially for you. To cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice by phone or email. Less than 24 hours notice is subject to a fee equal to the cost of the scheduled service, added to your next visit. Booking online means you agree to these policies.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may shorten your treatment, which still ends at the scheduled time and is charged in full. More than 15 minutes late may mean cancellation, with rebooking subject to approval.
No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice are recorded on your profile, charged at full service price, and repeated no-shows may affect future booking. Exceptions are reviewed case by case at the owner's discretion.
