Your First Visit
All new clients are approved by Kylie before bookings are confirmed. Once approved, you will receive your welcome email with member access for future visits.
Your privacy matters. Conversations with your Esthetician and your health history forms stay confidential, and we never sell or share our client or email lists.
What We Collect
When you book, buy, or create an account, we collect the details you provide (name, contact information, and the health information on your intake forms) to deliver your care and communicate about appointments and orders.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We use Stripe to verify your identity. Stripe collects name, email, phone number, address, facial images, identity document images, and ID numbers as well as advanced fraud signals and information about the devices that connect to its services. NTRS never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides, including for fraud detection.
