REFUND POLICY:
All service sales and gift certificate sales are final. For product returns, please understand that for sanitation reasons we are unable to offer returns on skin care products. We are unable to offer cash refunds on Gift Certificates.
LATE ARRIVALS:
Late arrival will affect the allotted time of the service. Tardiness could result in a reduction of actual spa services, though you will be charged for a full-service price. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your service, your service will automatically be cancelled, and rebooking will be subject to approval. Your service time may be changed to avoid delays for other guests. We will make every effort to accommodate guests for their full appointment time, but this may not always be possible. For all clients we understand many unexpected situations can occur such as delays due to traffic etc. So please plan accordingly.
NO SHOW POLICY:
Oh no! You may have forgot, had car issues, or a family emergency. This is unfortunate for you and us... It is most important for you to try to call or email us or someone else on your behalf if you can not make an appointment due to last minute unforeseen issue. Naked Truth Radiant Skincare treats "No Shows" very seriously and it will be noted on your customer profile for future appointments. These types of appointments can have a lot of impact on business and the booked Team. Please let us know so we can plan our schedule, team, and other clients accordingly. Any client with a "No Show" appointment is responsible for paying for the full service. Exceptions may be reviewed case by case and subject to ownership approval. This will also be noted on your file for future appointments to track repetitive behaviour which may result in being blocked for booking future reservations.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES:
Your spa services are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies of Naked Truth Radiant Skincare. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via email or call. Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. We reserve the right to charge in full for appointments where the guest has cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment start time. Any fees that have not been paid will be added onto your next service with us. When you schedule your appointment with us online you are agreeing to these policies.

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change, without notice, at any time.
PROTECTION POLICY:
Here at Naked Truth Radiant Skincare, we require you to fill out all virtual forms that are sent via email or text prior to your service appointment day. These forms will ensure that the Esthetician performing your service will know and understand your health and skin better. These forms also provide basic information if anything is to arise during your service and we need to call 9-1-1. We understand if you are not willing to fill out and sign these forms, unfortunately we will need to cancel your appointment.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY:
We believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your esthetician will remain confidential, as will your health history forms. Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
Naked Truth Radiant Skincare reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, abusive language to any member of our team.
