Your First Visit
All new clients are approved by Kylie before bookings are confirmed. Once approved, you will receive your welcome email with member access for future visits.
Refunds and Returns
All service and gift card sales are final. For sanitation reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on skincare products once they leave the studio, and we do not offer cash refunds on gift cards. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

We are always expanding our services. While we keep our website and menu current, prices and services may change at any time without notice.
Health Forms Required
All intake and consent forms, sent by email or text, must be completed before your appointment so your Esthetician understands your health and skin, and so we have essential information should we ever need to call 9-1-1. If forms are not completed, we may need to cancel.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour or abusive language toward our team.
